We have set a fundraising target of £150 per rider, but why not set a company target, and get everyone behind a team goal? 

We've made it easier than ever to enter as an organisation, view the steps below to purchase bulk places for your team, and browse our team packages for the ultimate Palace to Palace team experience.

1. Purchase team places!

Prince’s Trust Partners will enjoy 10% off when purchasing team places for their employees. Follow the links below to purchase team places. You can choose the number of places you’d like to purchase for each of our Palace to Palace routes.

2. Your colleagues can claim a free place

Once you’ve purchased your team places, you’ll be sent a company claim code, that your colleagues can use to claim a team place. Contact us at if you’d like comms templates to help spread the word.

3. Your fundraising could be the turning point for a young life

As a team, we would love you to raise as much money as possible, to fund our programmes that give young people the skills and confidence they need.

Team Packages

Whether you choose to take part in the cycle or our brand new walk, taking part in Palace to Palace as a team brings all the feels of teamwork, achievement, and an atmosphere of celebration to the finish line. Our team packages can make the day extra special for you and your colleagues. 

Teams can be made up from walkers and cyclists. You all finish at Windsor Racecourse where you can celebrate together at our fantastic finish festival.

Small team package

5-29 riders

As a Prince’s Trust partner, you can purchase places for your employees, covering their registration fee. You’ll receive 10% discount per place on your purchase, support with fundraising, and a team shout out at the finish line. 

Medium team package

30-149 riders

As well as the 10% discount per place, you'll also gain access to the partner village and bar for a well-earned rest and celebrate your achievements with friends and family. We’ll create you your own company branded flag to act as a meet point at the finish festival and you’ll have the opportunity to purchase a hospitality package to cater for your riders and walkers at the end village. Finally, we’ll invite you to a Prince's Trust hosted pre-event webinar to answer any last minute, event day questions.  

Large team package

150+ Riders

Go BIG and purchase a large team of 150 riders and/or walkers and on top of the discount and access to the partner village, hospitality, and bar, you’ll also get your own team area to gather and celebrate together. We will host a private, pre-event webinar, just for your team and you’ll unlock access to purchase logistics support to make the day as smooth as possible for your team.

Static bike-a-thon

Get cycling in the office to raise awareness of your team! We’ve seen virtual relays across the UK, cycling the distance from office to office, and live streams of cycling which colleagues can watch and donate!

Office Fundraising

Bring your colleagues back into the office for social events and activities to raise funds. From the old fashioned bake sales, to drinks trolleys, yoga classes, dancing in the dark discos, your colleagues could make a donation to have a good time!


We’ve all got networks - family, friends, suppliers, clients. Whether it’s a tenner off your Uncle, or a supplier sponsors £1,000 to have their logo on your team t-shirts, your team can rack up the total by asking for sponsorship.

Can I buy multiple places for my team?

No problem, when corporate registration opens you can buy team places and then fill the places between now and the event. Just share the team password that we send you and they can then claim a place in your team.

I have my team places but struggling to fill the places.

Take a look at our marketing assets available in our resources. Share these far and wide to promote Palace to Palace to your employees. Please also reach out to your Prince's Trust account manager if you are really struggling or have any questions.

Once signed up, what support will I receive in the build up to the event?

We will be in regular contact with all riders to ensure that the whole team is ready for the big day. We will be on hand to help you with training, fundraising, what to expect on the day and reminders of what your package includes. Of course, your Prince’s Trust contact is also on hand to help you with your fundraising. Teams of 50 or more will also have their own private team webinar with the Palace to Palace team in September to help ensure they are all ready for the big day.

What happens when we finish? Can the team meet up at the end?

We have created our Finish Festival as the perfect area for you to celebrate your achievement with friends and family. Once riders cross the finish line at Windsor Racecourse, you can enjoy food, drinks and activities. Activities include hospitality marquees, sports massages, face painting, children's entertainment and more. If you have purchased more than 20 places for your employees, you will automatically have access to an area where riders can meet. Otherwise, it’s back to basics, ‘let’s meet by the big flag!’

Can we have our own space/marquee at the Finish Festival?

We are offering coach services from Windsor Racecourse to the start line in the morning or from the finish back into London in the afternoon. You can read more about the coach service under further up the page under ‘on the day’.

Our delivery partner WMP are offering logistic support packages to teams of 50 or more. Please contact to find out more. Please note, there will be an additional cost for the logistic support packages.
