Teams of 30+ can order our hospitality package below. This is catered for by the racecourse and will be served as a buffet within the partner village. The team captain or organisation lead will need to collect wristbands from the partner village on event day to distribute to their team for access to the buffet. On the day, everybody can choose one main (Burger, Chicken or Mediterranean Vegetables) and the salads will be served as buffet.

When ordering, please indicate how many vegetarian, vegan or halal options you require to help with planning. Please place your order by 17.00 on Friday 30^th August and select if you would like to pay by card or invoice.

This year, there will be a corporate bar in the partner village. Drinks can be bought on the day with cash or card, or teams of 30 or more can pre-order drinks from the below options.
