I'm cycling 350 miles to raise £150 to help change young lives with The Prince's Trust

I'm cycling 90 miles from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle via the Surrey Hills to change young lives. To reach the start line on the Mall I'm cycling there, 130 miles from my home town of Wimborne Minster. From the finish line I'm then cycling 130 miles home to Wimborne Minster. Will you sponsor me?

On Sunday 6th October, I am taking part in Palace to Palace to raise funds for The Prince's Trust. The Prince's Trust has tailored programmes and provides long-term support giving young people the practical skills and emotional resilience to pick themselves back up and create their own positive futures.

ALL OF THE MONEY DONATED GOES DIRECTLY TO THE PRINCE'S TRUST INITIATIVES TO BENEFIT YOUNG PEOPLE. THE PERSON RIDING THIS EVENT HAS INDIVIDUALLY PAID THE RIDE ENTRANT FEE AND ANY OTHER COSTS INCURRED FROM THEIR OWN FINANCES.

The recent Class of Covid report reveals almost half of young people in the UK (49%) feel anxious about their future on a daily basis, with 59% agreeing it feels frightening for their generation. Findings suggest the impact of the pandemic and now a cost-of-living crisis is taking its toll on young people, as 45% agree anxiety around recent political and economic events affects them daily. More than a third (35%) feel their life is spiralling out of control, and for those from lower income backgrounds, this increases to 41%.
