Join Me in Changing Young Lives—One Mile at a Time!

On Sunday, October 6th, I'll be cycling from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, covering 45 or 90 miles, in the Palace to Palace ride to support The Prince’s Trust. I'm not just riding for the challenge—I'm riding to transform young lives.

Why This Matters:

The Prince's Trust is a lifeline for young people facing tough times. They provide tailored programs and long-term support that help young people build practical skills and emotional resilience, giving them the tools to turn their lives around and create bright, positive futures.

But right now, young people need our help more than ever. According to the recent "Class of Covid" report:

• 49% of young people in the UK feel anxious about their future every single day.
• 59% believe that their generation is facing a frightening and uncertain future.
• The pandemic and the current cost-of-living crisis are taking a heavy toll, with 45% saying anxiety about these issues impacts them daily.
• Over a third (35%) feel their lives are spiraling out of control, and for those from lower-income backgrounds, this jumps to 41%.
